____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ the Chickasaw Nation Construction & Support Services Tribal Development ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for: Bridge Plaza, for the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma, will be received by Indian-Owned Enterprises and/or Non-Indian Owned in the Housing Annex Building at 1629 N. Broadway Ada, Oklahoma at 2 p.m. on June 3, 2016. The project will consist of the new construction of small arbor and architectural concrete work and masonry. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked: Bridge Plaza Bids shall be addressed to: Chickasaw Nation Christina Porter PO Box 788 Ada, OK 74820 And will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room at Housing Annex Building at 1629 N. Broadway Ada, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. on June 3, 2016. Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. will be returned unopened. A cashiers check, a certified check, or a surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total maximum bid amount, including alternates, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Warranty Bond each for the 100% of the contract amount will be required. It is intended that all work will be performed under a single contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. The Chickasaw Nation Construction & Support Services Division will accept bids from Indian-Owned AND/OR NON-INDIAN OWNED Companies. There will be a MANDATORY PRE BID MEETING conducted by FSB at 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 2016 in the main conference room of the Housing Annex Building located at 1629 North Broadway, Ada, Oklahoma. The word Owner as used in all of the documents included within this Invitation to Submit a Proposal for Construction means and denotes The Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma and the obligations and liability shall be solely and exclusively that of the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma.
