___________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ___________________________________ CHICKASAW NATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF INTENT The Chickasaw Nation Department of Community Services is Inviting Indian Owned Companies to submit a Statement of Intent to bid on Asphalt Overlay Projects on two roads in Pontotoc County for a total of approximately 4 miles. The Statement of Intent is to include the Company Name, Address and Phone Number, with proof of Indian Ownership. Send Statement of Intents to the Chickasaw Nation Department of Community Services Attn: Tribal Procurement Office at 111 Rosedale Road or PO Box 788, Ada, OK 74821 (580)421-8800 x 8875. The Procurement Office will accept the Statements of Intent until 12:00 pm on June 22, 2016.
