NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order authorizing Payne Exploration Company, or some other party, to drill, complete and produce a well in the Upper Wewoka, Upper Calvin, Senora, Earlsboro, Misener, Hunton, Sylvan, Viola, First Wilcox and Arbuckle common sources of supply for the 40-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the lands described by Order No. 650672 as Unit #7, comprised of a portion of Lot 7 and accretions and riparian rights thereto all in Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, at the following location: North/South Location-Ft NCT 450' FSL East/West Location-Ft NCT 100' FEL as a permitted well for the 40-acre drilling and spacing unit. The proposed location is not a permitted location under the terms of Order No. 650672. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the location described above is moving toward the following described property: (a) Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. (b) The offset well(s) toward which the proposed completion interval is moving are as follows: Well Name None Operator None NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: (a) That the Applicant, or some other party, be designated as the party authorized to drill, complete and produce the proposed well. (b) That the well, if a commercial producer in the common source of supply named herein, be permitted to produce without penalty. (c) That, at the request of the Applicant, the Order may be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and report ing to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 5th day of July, 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
