NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order vacating Order No. 192775 insofar as it pertains to the Hunton Lime, Calvin Series, Misener Sand, Viola Lime and Second Wilcox Sand (Bromide) common source of supply underlying the SE/4 NE/4 and the N/2 of the SE/4 of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma and extending Order No. 306701 to include within its purview the Upper Wewoka, Middle Wewoka, Lower Wewoka, Calvin, Senora, Thurman, Earlsboro, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Misener, Hunton, Sylvan, Viola, Simpson Dolomite, Fist Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Oil Creek and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying the SE/4 NE/4 and the N/2 of the SE/4 of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, with the units to consist of governmental quarter quarter section, and the permitted well for the units to be located not less than 330 feet from said unit boundary. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2016, and that this Amended Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
