PETERS, DECEASED, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 3 of Dallas County, Texas located at Renaissance Tower, 1201 Elm Street, 22nd Floor, Dallas Texas, and on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday November 21, 2016, to answer the Application for Determination of Heirship filed by Ercilia Hernandez Salazar on December 28, 2015, Cause No. PR-15-03503-3 and the Petition for Declaratory Judgment filed by Ercilia Hernandez Salazar on October 24, 2016, Cause No. PR-16-03500-3, both regarding the Estate of Franklin D. Peters (a/k/a Franklin Delano Roosevelt Peters a/k/a Franklin D. Roosevelt Peters), Deceased, alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges the decedent died on June 11, 2015 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Franklin D. Peters, Deceased, and also to hear evidence sufficient to interpret certain terms of the Will of Franklin D. Peters, Deceased, which was executed on August 13, 2012. Decedents property consists of a house and lot located in Dallas County, Texas, personal effects inside the home, a bank account, investment account and oil and gas interests in land in Oklahoma.
