The County of Pontotoc is proposing to undertake the following activities in the floodplain area: The Federal funding (CDBG funds from Oklahoma Department of Commerce) is for completion of a Resurfacing of Rural County Roads Project. The project serves the citizens of County of Pontotoc. The proposed project includes CR3640 off of Hwy 3, beginning at CR1640 South 3 miles to CR1670. The project consists of asphalt to patch inconsistencies within the road project prior to a double layer oil and chip seal road and striping. A portion of the project is in the 100 year floodplain. The purpose of this notice is to give an early opportunity for interested agencies, persons or groups to comment on the proposed action. The County of Pontotoc is desirous to considering any feasible alternatives or adjustments to the anticipated project that might minimize any potential adverse effects upon the floodplain as a result of the project. Plaintiffs first lien judgment being in the principal sum of $95,334.09, plus accrued interest in the amount of $9,335.65, as of February 9, 2016, plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of $11.10 per diem from February 9, 2016, until paid in full; Late Charges of $359.63; Fees (Receivable/Post) in the amount of $4,249.15; Escrow (current/Retain) in the amount of $857.75, and Max Subsidy Recapture in the amount of $2,510.22, for a total of $112,646.49, as of February 9, 2016, plus interest accruing thereafter in the amount of $11.10 per diem, until paid in full; court costs; abstracting and/or title search fees; a reasonable attorneys fee of $1,100.00; and for all subsequent advances by Plaintiff, if any, for taxes, insurance premiums, or expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, and for further costs of this action; I will on the 14th day of December, 2016, at 10 oclock a.m., of said day, at the front door of the Pontotoc County Courthouse in the City of Ada, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the said property above described, or so much thereof as will satisfy said judgment, with interest, attorneys fees and costs.
